        Counting Strides, INC. is a Non-Profit organization and is recognized in our state as a non-for-profit organization. Our organization is new and is in the early stages of formation, therefore, there are MANY items and services that we are currently in need of.  We always need input, advice and help so ff you would like to be put on a list to volunteer please email us and let us know your area of expertise.

Here is what YOU can do to help

1) Funds - any amount no matter how large or small helps allot. monetary donations can be brought to our farm in person or mailed to Counting Strides Inc, P.O. Box 192 Pinnacle, NC 27043
2) Hay - We need Fescue, orchard grass or a fescue/orchard combination. Needs to be dry, Horse Quality hay that is free of mold and dust. Can be in the form of square bales or rolls.
3) Horse Feed - We use 12% or higher protein Pellets or Sweet feed. This can be purchased at Southern States, Tractor Supply or any other local feed store. The brand doesn't matter.

4) Farrier Services - We currently have several horses/ponies in our program that require routine trims at a higher frequency than others. Discounted or free farrier services are much needed. Any farrier hoping to help us out, regularly or on occasion should contact us at (336) 399-7214

4) Mulch/Gravel/Rock Dust/ Sand/Sawdust- We are always in need of sawdust for our stalls. We are also in need of rock dust & sand for our riding arena, as well as mulch for the area surrounding the outside of our arena. Additionally, we need gravel for our drive & parking area. Funding - Our cost for acquiring property & building the facility & offering the services we hope to offer is estimated at approximately 3 Million dollars. This cost can be greatly reduced by the donations of equipment and other items as well.

                                                        -  Reins -  English (all Types, Web, Rubber, Laced Leather, Etc)
